These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use furrysh.com, contact Furrysh Private Limited ("Furrysh", "we", "us"), or communicate with us on WhatsApp, including through the WhatsApp Business Platform. They also apply to our brand Tails United Company. By using our website or messaging us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Furrysh Private Limited is a company registered in India. We work in 3D printing, agriculture and pet care, and offer consultation in engineering, architecture and planning. Our pet care brand is Tails United Company (tailsunitedcompany.com).

2. Using our website

• The content on furrysh.com is for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors.
• You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• Links to other websites, including tailsunitedcompany.com and Google Maps, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

3. WhatsApp communication

• By sending us a message on WhatsApp, or by giving us your number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receiving replies and service messages from us on WhatsApp.
• Promotional messages are sent only to people who have opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by emailing hello@furrysh.com.
• Some replies may be automated. A team member will respond to queries that need human attention during business hours.
• Please do not send passwords, card numbers, OTPs or other sensitive financial information over WhatsApp. We will never ask you for them.
• Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, delays or failures of the WhatsApp service.
• You agree not to send us content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, misleading, or that infringes anyone else's rights. We may stop responding to or block numbers that do.

4. Enquiries, quotations and orders

• Information shared in a chat, including prices, timelines and availability, is indicative unless we confirm it in a written quotation, invoice or order confirmation.
• A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. An order is accepted only when we confirm it.
• Specific terms for an order, project or consultation, such as scope, price, payment schedule, delivery and warranty, will be set out in the quotation, proposal or agreement for that work. Where those terms differ from these Terms, the specific terms apply.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and are subject to applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payment terms, cancellation and refund conditions for each order or service will be shared with you before you confirm it. Custom-made items, including 3D-printed parts made to your design, may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has started.

6. Consultation services

Advice we give in engineering, architecture or planning is based on the information you provide. Formal advice is given only under a written engagement. General information shared over chat or on our website is not a substitute for a site-specific professional assessment.

7. Intellectual property

The Furrysh and Tails United Company names, logos and website content belong to Furrysh Private Limited. You may not copy or use them without our written permission. Designs and files you share with us remain yours; we use them only to provide the service you have asked for.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Furrysh is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or messaging services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that order or service.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at furrysh.com/TC with its effective date.
