This Privacy Policy explains how Furrysh Private Limited ("Furrysh", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit furrysh.com, contact us, or communicate with us on WhatsApp, including through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. It also applies to our brand Tails United Company.

We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Your name, phone number, email address and any other contact details you share.
• The content of messages you send us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, including text, images, documents, voice notes and location you choose to share.
• Details related to an enquiry, quotation, order, booking, consultation or service request.

Information we receive through WhatsApp

• Your WhatsApp phone number and the profile name you have set on WhatsApp.
• Message metadata, such as the time a message was sent, delivered or read.
• Your opt-in and opt-out choices for receiving messages from us.

Information collected automatically on our website

• Basic technical data such as browser type, device type and IP address, which our hosting provider may process for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers on furrysh.com.
• The embedded Google Map on our home page is provided by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your messages and enquiries.
• To provide quotations, process orders and deliver our products and services.
• To send service messages you would reasonably expect, such as order updates, appointment or booking confirmations, reminders and support replies.
• To send updates or offers on WhatsApp, only where you have opted in to receive them.
• To keep records required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
• To protect our services, our customers and ourselves from fraud, misuse or security incidents.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. WhatsApp messaging and consent

• Our WhatsApp business number is +91 90759 99905.
• We send WhatsApp messages only to people who have given us their number and agreed to be contacted on WhatsApp, or who have messaged us first.
• You can stop receiving promotional messages at any time by replying STOP or by writing to us at hello@furrysh.com. You may still receive messages needed to complete a service you have requested.
• Messages sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform are processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates under the WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

4. Who we share information with

We share personal data only as needed to run our business, with:

• Meta / WhatsApp, to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
• Service providers that host our website, email and messaging tools, or help us deliver orders and services, who may process data only on our instructions.
• Payment providers, where you make a payment to us.
• Government or law enforcement authorities, where we are required to by law.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside India. Where this happens, we rely on their contractual commitments to protect it.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires (for example, accounting and tax records). When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted connections. WhatsApp messages are transmitted using the security provided by the WhatsApp Business Platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a data breach where the law requires.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update your data.
• Ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it.
• Withdraw your consent, including your consent to receive WhatsApp messages.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance with us, and if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period required by law.

8. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at furrysh.com/privacy with its effective date.
